Wallace Bagpipes Wallace Bagpipes made in Scotland from the finest African Blackwood. Craig Munro is the Mater Craftsman at Wallace Bagpipes. Craig is also a member of Dysart & Dundonald Pipe Band. Like our mission at the Kilt & Thistle to make Highland Clothing affordable to all Scots, we have found a great bagpipe that is the most affordable we have seen. Our Pipe Tech Chris Buckley , of C.D.
